What is eVA?

eVA is the single portal used to process procurement transactions and small dollar solicitations.

Who will use eVA?
  eVA will be used by all college departments and personnel to process purchase transactions.
Vendors MUST be a registered supplier in eVA. >> View Vendor List
Do I have to use eVA for EVERY purchase?
  Yes. eVA must be used for all purchase transactions with the exception of excluded transactions for legitimate over-the-counter pick-ups utilizing a small purchase charge card.
How do I get an eVA account?
  Any supervisor requesting the account to be established must submit a written request to the eVA administration.
Where do I go for help?
