Quick Notes:

Online students may arrange to take proctored exams free of charge using the options following:

  • in a F2F setting near their geographic location (usually a public library or college)

  • in a F2F setting on any of the TCC Campus Testing Centers

  • in an online setting in the Blackboard LMS

If a student prefers to request an outside service to provide remote proctoring, this must be initiated by the student. Faculty may not require students to use the outside remote proctoring service.

Please read the resources provided above so you understand the service and can clearly communicate about your needs when you request an account and when you communicate with your students. It is critical that you thoroughly review the pre-test arrangements to ensure a successful remote proctoring experience. Conducting a practice test is recommended so the actual test runs smoothly for the students.

Your course must be a TCC course in order to receive e-Proctoring.

If you have questions about remote proctoring, submit a help request.
