Agricultural Business Technology

Programs in horticulture explore the science and art of plant cultivation and use of ornamentals in the landscape.  Graduates are prepared for employment in a variety of horticultural businesses, including the green industry, landscape design and management, greenhouse production and management, and managerial positions with corporate, commercial and governmental entities.  They may also choose self-employment in the field of horticulture. The career studies programs allow students to specialize in landscape design, landscape management, or plant production.

A cooperative education program allows students to earn academic credit and supplement their income while they gain work experience at local sites.
