Office of Materiel Managementand procurement services        small purchase charge card administration


Materiel Management staff administer the small purchase charge card program for the college. The purchasing charge cards offer the opportunity to streamline procedures for procuring and paying for small dollar goods and services. The program reduces the volume of accounts payable transactions and the associated administrative costs by eliminating vendor invoices and consolidating multiple vendor payments into one monthly payment to the charge card company.

All charge card transactions are processed via the eVA portal with the exception of legitimate "over-the-counter" transactions.
